I decided that I will change my way of documenting. From now on, I'll divide my learning experience in categories to have a more meaningful reflection. In some categories the information will be less but it doesn't mean that it isn't meaningful.
EPICYCLE GEB: ROBERTO BLUM
There's a correlation between reality and systems. What is a formal system? From what I understood a system is a creation with a set of rules that allow us to interpret information. It's wonderful and scary at the same time that we can have many systems over systems, by this I mean if we believe we were created by God? Then, who created Him? And who created Him? So there's a never-ending loop! We were questioning if the world is organized or does it tend to disorder? Is life organized or is it that human beings have manipulated everything to live in an "organized" world? Blum said "el mundo es más extraño de lo que parece / the world is stranger than it seems." There are a lot of relationships about everything but at the same time a lot of contradictions! What about zen? Do we need to allow contradictions in order to live at peace with the world?
LEARNING PROCESSES
Learning how to work with other people was fascinating. Before the MPC experience I didn't believe in teamwork, now I definitely do! I learned to appreciate wild and crazy ideas, to build on them. It's really important the environment in which you work because ideas come faster in a fun place. It's all about being risky, innovative and aware of other's ideas in order to create something wonderful. We have to think and re-think how we are working, what's going right and what isn't to brainstorm how we can improve on it. What you do reflects what you value.
DRAWING CLASS
We learned how to observe. An interesting experience because I'm aware of many details now. We learned to see and use the brain in a different way.
VISITOR: WALTER CASTRO
The most meaningful thing that I heard on this dialogue was that each of us are in the top of a circus carp, and in order to understand or share something with another human being we have to get down the carp. It connects a lot with our assumptions and paradigms, we think we know it all and aren't open to hear and understand other's ideas (which may be paradigms or assumptions as well). So we have to be humble enough to accept our ignorance and create something new with another person. Also, I liked a lot that he said "Ser consistente con uno mismo es pensar, decir, hacer y sentir lo mismo". We have the power to mold ourselves, to improve and to learn more.
VISITORS: FOUNDERS OF A NEW UGANDA UNIVERSITY
For the first time we really nailed it at explaining what MPC was. It was so inspiring to listen what the others said, how we talked about our culture and our way of learning with such a joy. I was smiling the whole time, and actually everyone was smiling without noticing it.
MUSIC
We experienced and explored what rhythm is. We also got to know how our voices are, I'm a soprano. It's really motivating to know that all human beings have the capacity to produce music.
CLASSICAL STUDIES: CRITO
There's nothing more wonderful than being consistent with one's values and principles. I really admire and respect the people that have died defending their values with all their heart.
CELEBRATE WHAT'S RIGHT
HOW CAN WE FIX WHAT'S WRONG?
REFLECTION OF THE WEEK
I learned about the importance of interpretations. Why is it that we interpret information or life in different ways? How does the culture and process influence an environment? How do we attach meaning? What's the story behind everything? We have just a very narrowed perception about the world and the main problem is that we think we are right so we don't listen to each other. We have to understand that our knowledge and our perceptions are limited. So, do we need to allow contradictions in order to be at peace with the world? Or I think a better approach is to be open-minded in order to understand people that have different ideas. We could find meaning in theirs too and construct something new.

CELEBRATE WHAT'S RIGHT
- We are cultivating curiosity
- We are discovering and exploring what MPC is all about
- We are making a lot of connections in the dialogues
- There's this natural joy and serendipity
- We are becoming more independent
HOW CAN WE FIX WHAT'S WRONG?
- Punctuality is important to be part of the whole experience
- We have to take advantage of breaks in order to be energized
- How can we innovate the environment?
- Be open to hear different ideas
- Be more gracious in giving feedback
- Reconsider how we are doing things, is it working? Why? Why not?
